Secret Sips — a quiet way to honor the ritual
When I started By Sips, I had a simple dream: to make people more aware of the beautiful ritual inside a perfect cup. Not just the taste — but the pause it creates.
A good cup of tea can change the tempo of a day. It can make the kitchen feel calmer, the evening softer, or a morning more intentional. And over time, I noticed something I never take for granted: many of you return again and again — for the same blends, the same comfort, the same small moment.
It’s something we return to — a small ritual we can keep, even when everything else moves fast.
Why we created Secret Sips
Secret Sips is our quiet loyalty circle. It’s designed to reward those repeated returns — without changing the feeling of By Sips. No noise, no pressure. Just a simple thank you that works in the background while you enjoy your tea.
How it works
- Earn 1 point for every 1 kr / € you spend.
- 100 points = 10 kr / € in value when redeemed.
- Redeem your points by creating a voucher inside your personal area.
- Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
- Vouchers expire 3 months after you create them.
It’s intentionally simple: you collect points as you shop, and when you’re ready, you create a voucher and use it at checkout.
A note on the “perfect cup”
The perfect cup isn’t about perfection. It’s about attention. A few minutes of stillness. Water at the right temperature. A steep that’s just long enough. A cup you actually like drinking from.
