Probably the best Chai in the world!

Try this super delicious Chai recipe.

Start with one of our lovely chai teas and prepare it as you normally would for a cup of tea, except reduce the amount of water to a quarter cup. The rest of the liquid will be replaced with hot milk and a milk foam topping.


  • 1-2 teaspoons of “Vanilla Cinnamon Chai” loose tea
  • 120 ml of water, heated to 90°C
  • 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar, or to taste
  • 120 ml of steamed milk with milk foam
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon for garnish, optional


Place the loose tea in a tea infuser basket or tea filter and place it in a cup. Pour the boiling water over the infuser and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. The longer the steeping time, the stronger the flavor. Since you will be adding steamed milk, consider steeping it for a full five minutes for a rich latte with character.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of brown sugar, or to taste, and stir until dissolved.

When the steeping time is complete, remove the infuser basket or tea filters and top with steamed milk and foam. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired, and enjoy!
