You earn 1 point for every 1 kr / € spent when you shop while logged in.

Go to your personal area and convert your points into a voucher code.

Redeem at checkout
Use the voucher code when you place your order. Vouchers expire after 3 months.

Do I need an account to earn points?
Yes. Points are stored in your By Sips account so you can track, redeem, and manage vouchers.
How do I redeem my points?
Go to your personal area and create a voucher from your points. You’ll receive a voucher code to enter at checkout.
How long are points valid?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
How long are vouchers valid?
Vouchers expire 3 months after they are created, so it’s best to create one when you’re close to ordering.
What is the value of points?
The conversion is simple: 1 point per 1 kr / € spent, and 100 points = 10 kr / € when redeemed as a voucher.
Can I use a voucher together with a discount code?
In most cases, voucher stacking depends on the promotion. If a voucher or discount doesn’t apply, try using one at a time at checkout.
Do points apply to shipping?
Points are earned from the order value of products. Shipping fees typically don’t earn points (and vouchers usually apply to products, not shipping).
When do my points show up after I order?
Points are added to your account after checkout. If you don’t see them right away, refresh your account page or check again a little later.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If an order is refunded, the points earned for that purchase may be removed or adjusted to match the final order value.
