Toasted Black Tea with Orange & Milk

A warm, caramel-citrus ritual made slowly on the stove. Deep black tea, toasted sugar, fresh orange and milk — layered into something soft and comforting.

Caramel Hot Orange Milk Tea

Steps:

  • 6g black tea - toast lightly over low heat to release aroma
  • 20g sugar - cook slowly until caramelized
  • Add 4 orange slices
  • Pan-sear both sides until fragrant
  • Pour in 500ml milk
  • Bring to a boil, then immediately turn off heat
  • Let tea sleep for 5 minutes off the heat
  • Strain out tea leaves

Done! A warm, caramel-citrus milk tea ready to enjoy ~
