Caramel Hot Orange Milk Tea
Steps:
- 6g black tea - toast lightly over low heat to release aroma
- 20g sugar - cook slowly until caramelized
- Add 4 orange slices
- Pan-sear both sides until fragrant
- Pour in 500ml milk
- Bring to a boil, then immediately turn off heat
- Let tea sleep for 5 minutes off the heat
- Strain out tea leaves
Done! A warm, caramel-citrus milk tea ready to enjoy ~
